Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

• Visit tyrereview.com.au; and
• Submit a genuine and original tyre review that complies with the website's review guidelines and is approved by the Promoter.

Reviews must be relevant, truthful, and sufficiently detailed to be useful to other consumers. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any review that is incomplete, misleading, offensive, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Each approved review constitutes one (1) entry.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Each valid entry will be individually judged based on merit.

Entries will be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter using the following criteria:

• Usefulness to other consumers (30%)
• Specificity and detail (25%)
• Clarity and readability (20%)
• Originality and authenticity (15%)
• Relevance to the product reviewed (10%)

The entry that, in the opinion of the judges, best satisfies these criteria will be deemed the winner.

The judges may also select reserve entries, ranked in order, in case the original winner does not claim the prize.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is 1 x Shell fuel card valued at AUD $1000.

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including any expiry dates and usage restrictions.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.

Where the prize for this Promotion is supplied, in whole or in part, by a tyre manufacturer, distributor, or other commercial partner of the Promoter, that relationship will be disclosed on the Promotion's entry page and in any promotional or winner-announcement content published in connection with this Promotion. Judging of entries is conducted in accordance with the criteria set out in clause 6 and is not influenced by whether an entry reviews the tyre brand supplying the prize.

The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of judging.

The winner's name will be published on the Promoter's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tyrereview/) within seven (7) days of the winner being confirmed.

The winner must acknowledge acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of being notified.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-ranked entry, as determined by the judges. This process will continue until a valid winner accepts the prize.

The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Is incomplete, indecipherable, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
• Contains inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful content
• Is not a genuine review
• Interferes with or manipulates the entry process

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:

• Participation in the Promotion; or
• Acceptance or use of the prize

In addition to the licence granted under our Terms of Use, entrants grant the Promoter, its affiliates, customers and service providers, and their respective licensees, successors and assigns, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, sublicence, reproduce, modify, edit, perform, display, distribute and publish their entry for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes.

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion, including to assess entries, contact entrants, and administer prize fulfilment. This may involve disclosing entry details (including the entrant's review and, for the winning entrant, their name) to the judging panel and, in the case of the winner, publishing their name in connection with the Promotion as described in clause 16.

The Promoter may also disclose personal information to third parties such as service providers and regulatory authorities where required.

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which entrants should read for further detail on how their information is handled generally.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

The Promoter's rights under these Terms and Conditions are subject to any applicable State or Territory laws and regulations.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
