They are pretty good on the road although they’ve become VERY noisy as they’ve worn down. They perform well in sand mud and gravel but that is expected being mud tyres. They’ve worn pretty evenly. I’d say they’ve performed well for the price you pay for them. I would get them again but I am definitely open for a change.

Nice chunky tyres that have no problem clawing their way out of muddy puddles. Being a directional tyre they handle really well on road in both wet and dry conditions, however, due to the directional design tread wear can be difficult to manage, especially if your 4x4 doubles as a work vehicle and you are often towing/carrying loads.

I put these on my 80 series landcruiser mainly because they were cheaper than the big brands. With directional mud tires you should rotate and monitor pressures regularly. I didn’t do any of that, I have rotated probably twice in 42,000klms and generally abused them through neglect. I have never thought these tires have held me back, great in mud, ok in sand, but you do have to drop the pressures a bit lower than usual. Have been good on road, even in the wet. Starting to get a bit noisey as they wear down. I have approx 6-7mm of tread left, which I’m happy with considering how badly I’ve treated them and spending the majority of their life on tar. To be honest I can’t fault them. For a cheaper tire that have been given a hard life I give them a thumbs up
